The Bushnell Corporation that manufactures the Bushnell Trophy Riflescope (3-9X40, Matte) is an American company specializing in Optics equipment and outdoor products. The company is headquartered in Overland, Kansas and is a subsidiary of Vista Outdoor. Their other productions include binoculars, GPS devices, rifle scopes, spotting devices, game cameras, night-vision goggles among other focusing equipment.

The company was established in 1948 by a certain gentleman named David P Bushnell when he returned to California from Japan with a crate of binoculars and conducted business via mail order.
